Cheese Sauce(For Potatoes, Broccoli Or Cauliflower) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk (2% or higher)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 box Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Add flour and stir into a dry paste. Add milk slowly, about 1/4 cup at a time.
Stir often.
After all milk is added and a thickening is formed, add chunks of cheese. Pour melted sauce over any vegetable.
