Burgundy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 c. Burgundy
Preparation
    Mix meat and vegetables in Dutch oven.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Add to meat mixture.
    Stir in tomatoes and wine.
    Cook in oven for 4 hours at 325\u00b0 covered.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
