Coconut Custard Pie Or Egg Pie Without Coconut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. milk (one 4 oz. can coconut)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (9-inch) pie pastry
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and coconut.
    Blend; pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
