Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 marshmallows, quartered
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
    2 c. canned fruit, cut in half (pears, peaches or pineapple) or 2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
Preparation
    Combine marshmallows and drained fruit.
    Let stand until marshmallows have softened.
    Combine mayonnaise, whipped cream and cheese.
    Mix well until creamy.
    Add fruit.
    Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze 3 hours.
    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce with whipped cream, if desired.
    Yields 8 large servings.
