Chicken Au Miel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. melted margarine, divided
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. tarragon
    3 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in paper bag.
    Add the chicken and shake.
    Put chicken pieces, skin side down, in shallow casserole.
    Pour 1/2 cup melted margarine over.
    Sprinkle with remaining flour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Blend the honey, lemon juice, tarragon and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
    Turn chicken over; cover with mixture.
    Return to oven for another 30 minutes or longer, basting twice.
