4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bunch fresh basil (stems removed and leaves coarsely chopped)
2 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper
1 lb. fettuccine
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, garlic, oil and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
Stir to mix well.
Serve over hot, freshly cooked fettuccine in a warmed serving bowl.
