Chicken Acapulco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    4 c. grated Jack cheese
    2 small cans diced Ortega chili peppers
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove bones and dice.
    Melt oleo and stir in flour.
    Add sour cream; cook and stir until bubbly.
    Add soup, chicken and chili.
    Put in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese, then bake 10 minutes longer. Serve over rice or crepes.
