Egg-Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sliced green onions
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
