Apricot-Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 (29 oz.) can apricots
    3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Drain fruits separately; reserve juices. Chop apricots. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water; add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup apricot juice. Chill until thickened.
    Add marshmallows, pineapple and apricots.
    Place in an 8 x 8-inch container. Chill until firm.
