Taco Baskets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can refried beans
    3/4 c. water
    oil (for frying)
    1 head lettuce, cleaned and chopped
    1 pkg. extra large flour tortillas
    1 pkg. cheese sauce mix
    1 c. milk
    chopped green onions to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck.
    Drain.
    Add taco seasoning, beans and water.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    In large deep fryer, have oil hot and drop in tortilla shell.
    Hold clean emptied one pound coffee can in middle of shell.
    Tortilla will curl up around can and turn light brown when done.
    Drain on paper towel and set aside.
    Fry remaining shells and drain.
    Prepare cheese sauce by blending cheese mix and milk; stir over medium heat for 7 minutes or until thick.
    Fill each fried shell half full of lettuce.
    Cover with meat.
    Pour cheese sauce over meat and garnish with green onions.
