Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. liquid saccharin
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dates, chopped
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Cream butter, eggs, vanilla and saccharin.
Add other ingredients.
Fold in dates, applesauce and nuts.
Bake at 340\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
