Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. or 6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
    Mix together flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Roll potatoes in mixture.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in pan and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Turn potatoes after 1/2 hour of cooking.
