Beefy Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 jar dried beef, cut up fine
Preparation
    Be sure beef, pecans and onion are all chopped fine.
    Mix well and make into a ball.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle paprika on the next day (optional).
    Spread on crackers to serve.
