Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. peeled apples
    1 c. pecans or black walnuts
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add nuts and apples.
    Stir in flour one cup at a time.
    Mix well.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    You can add 1 pound of candied fruit.
    Makes a delicious and easy fruitcake.
