    1 large can Carnation milk
Preparation
    Salt and pepper tenderloin slices.
    Roll in flour.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Pour milk over the top.
    Cover and bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes its own gravy.
