Dutch Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In medium bowl, lightly mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 can Hunt's tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
    Combine remaining Hunt's sauce with rest of ingredients; pour over loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Baste loaf several times.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
