Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork, cut into big cubes
    4 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 bay leaf
    soy sauce to taste
    2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Marinate meat for at least 1 hour.
    Boil all together.
    Don't mix while boiling; it will become too sour.
    When meat is cooked and tender, take out meat and fry meat until brown.
    Pour liquid over fried meat and serve warm.
