Chopped Chicken Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oleo
2 medium onions, chopped
1 lb. chicken livers, washed and drained
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute onions for 5 minutes. Remove from oleo. Add livers and saute for 10 minutes. Grind livers, onions and eggs in food grinder or chop fine by hand.
Add seasoning.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce or on crackers.
Good at parties!
