Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 c. instant mashed potatoes or leftover mashed potatoes
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and celery.
Add cream of mushroom soup.
Cook for 1/2 hour.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the hamburger mixture.
Put mashed potatoes on top of hamburger mixture.
Line top of potatoes with any kind of cheese to your liking.
Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
