Refrigerator Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 large onions
1 large head cabbage
Preparation
-
Shred or thinly slice onions and cabbage.
Combine the first 6 ingredients and bring to a full boil.
Alternate cabbage and onions in a large bowl.
Pour hot dressing over and cover tightly. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before using.
Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
