Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. firm brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves *
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 c. raw, grated apples *
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

*I used 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice.
Also, the recipe says to peel the apples; I didn't.
