Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to flavor
    1 small onion, diced
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
    10 oz. Velveeta, diced
    2 c. plain corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, soup, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, cheese and half of melted butter.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Toss corn flakes with remaining butter and spread over potato mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, usually needs to be cooked an hour.
    Serves 10.
    Serve hot.
