Victoria'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. parsley
1 shallot
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dressing:
In blender, blend parsley and shallot well.
Add vegetable oil, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Blend well.
