Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar oysters and liquid
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 small clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/4 columns crackers, crushed
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute chopped peppers, celery, onions and garlic in margarine until glazed.
    Add oysters and juice.
    When oysters start to curl, add soup, hot sauce and cracker crumbs.
    Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
