Super Skillet Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. Picante sauce (plus extra for topping)
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto or black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream (as desired)
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef with onions; drain the liquid. Add the 2 cups picante sauce, beans and chili powder and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Stir in the tomato and olives.
    Remove from heat and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
    Spoon sour cream onto the center of the meat mixture.
    Place a row of tortilla chips around the edge of the skillet and serve immediately with additional chips and picante sauce.
