Stove Top Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 slice bread, processed into crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Chop onion, pepper and celery finely.
    Mix all ingredients except soup.
    Shape into 2 rounded loaves.
    (Add an egg if it seems dry or more bread crumbs if it's too wet when you shape it, depending on the amount of ground beef.)
    Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium.
    Brown the loaves on each side for a total of about 10 minutes.
    Pour in a can of soup and a can of water.
    Reduce heat to low and cook for about 30 minutes.
