Low-Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 oz. packet Butter Buds
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
In mixer bowl, mix sugar and Butter Buds.
Add water to sugar mixture and beat until well mixed.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately to egg mixture at slow speed.
Add vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
