Mushroom Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped fine
1 stick butter or margarine
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. heavy cream
salt
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms in butter or margarine.
Add Worcestershire sauce while cooking.
Add heavy cream and salt to taste.
Thicken mixture with flour, adding additional flour, if needed. Refrigerate.
This filling is best made the day before using.
