Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn meal
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Pour boiling water into corn meal.
    Add Crisco; stir in well beaten eggs, milk and salt.
    Pour into lightly greased casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 1 hour, or until delicately brown.
