Spicy Beer Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 strips bacon
2 lb. beef chuck, diced
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 (16 oz.) can chunky tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. oregano leaves, crushed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp in Dutch oven; remove and crumble. Brown beef in drippings.
Pour off fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
Add crumbled bacon; simmer for 15 minutes more.
Serve with shredded cheese, if desired.
