Ring Around The Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2-inch whole round steak (1 1/4 lb.)
    1 head green small cabbage
    2 large new red or white potatoes
    1 large onion
    2 cans (2 lb.) whole tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut round steak into 2 x 3-inch pieces; set aside.
    Shred cabbage after washing, set aside.
    Peel and cut thin slices of potatoes and set aside.
    Slice onion thin and set aside.
    Drain tomatoes in a stainer over a bowl.
    Without mashing the tomatoes, squeeze out the seeds over the strainer.
