Baked Fish Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 very thin fish fillets
1 Tbsp. melted margarine

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in small skillet.
Cook until crisp-tender.
Stir in bread crumbs, basil, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Spread mixture on fish fillets; roll up.
Place seam side down in 8-inch baking dish.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted margarine over fish.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
Makes 2 servings.
