French Fried Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver
    1/4 c. (4) saltine squares, crushed
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut liver in strips in the shape of French fries.
    Mix cornmeal, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper together.
    Place in a plastic bag.
    Add liver and shake to coat liver evenly.
    Fry in deep fat.
    Drain on paper towels.
