Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/3 c. brown stock
    2 Tbsp. each: butter and olive oil
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. Marsala
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut veal in small pieces.
    Flatten with a mallet to tenderize. Dredge in flour with salt and pepper added.
    Saute in frying pan in butter and oil.
    Remove to plate.
