Spaghetti Sauce With Meat(Serves 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. salt
    10 (15 oz. each) cans tomatoes, mashed fine
    4 medium onions, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 tsp. crushed oregano
    dash of red pepper (optional)
    6 medium green bell peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 lb. spaghetti
    6 to 8 gal. water
    2/3 c. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet or oven with 3 tablespoons salt.
    Drain off fat; set aside. In large kettle, combine tomatoes, onion, 2 teaspoons salt, garlic powder, oregano and red pepper. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Add bell pepper, cheese and meat. Cook 15 minutes longer or until pepper is tender.
