The "Ah!" Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tomato, washed, cored and diced
1 avocado, peeled, diced 1/4-inch and treated with lemon juice
8 oz. turkey breast, cooked and diced into 1/4-inch pieces
6 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
6 oz. cabbage, savoy, shredded thin (marinate in French dressing)
5 oz. basic French dressing
5 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed and trimmed
1 lemon
Preparation

Cook bacon until brown and crispy.
Remove.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Place the romaine lettuce on plate.
Arrange the vegetables, turkey and cheese into long strips on top of the romaine lettuce.
The cabbage should be set in one long strip through the center.
Garnish with the bacon.
Serve with French dressing.
