Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green tomatoes
    3/4 c. unsifted self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into 1/8-inch thick slices.
    On waxed paper, mix flour with salt and pepper.
    Coat tomatoes with mixture and let sit 15 minutes.
