Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shredded coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Coat 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Layer pecans, coconut in pan.
Mix cake according to instructions and pour over coconut.
Mix butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Pour over cake batter and swirl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
