Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. dill seed
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. plain flour
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
Preparation

Combine water and yeast, let dissolve.
Mix in flour, cottage cheese and dill seed.
Let stand in warm area for 30 minutes. Knead and let stand for 20 minutes.
Place into loaf pan (greased and floured) and bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
Butter and salt top lightly.
