Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 small lemon (rind and juice)
3 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour and salt; blend well.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into mixture very carefully.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then lower to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
