Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter or Crisco
5 large eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour (plain or cake flour)
1 c. sweet milk
1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream
sugar
and
butter for 10 minutes on high speed. Add one
egg at a time and beat after each egg.
Sift and add all dry ingredients and milk to eggs, then fold in coconut and flavoring. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
