Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    9-inch deep dish pie shell
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped meat, vegetables or seafood
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well; pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
