Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 to 3/4 c. catsup
    1 egg
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    6 or 8 saltine crackers, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    dash of Tony Chachere original seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into meat with your hand. Spread into casserole dish. Top with
    additional ketchup. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 1 hour.
