Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    boiling salted water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. ground lean beef
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. bottled meat sauce
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Remove stems from peppers and remove seeds and membrane, wash and drain.
    Place in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
