Cajun Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 diced onion (large)
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. green onion
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning (adjust to your taste)
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 lb. meat loaf mix
    1 1/2 to 2 c. plain or seasoned bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Add first 6 ingredients.
    Stir about 5 or 6 minutes.
    Add catsup and milk.
    Mix well and cool.
