Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine in a jar and shake until well blended.
    Pour over steak and marinate several hours, turning once or twice.
    Broil, basting 2 or 3 times.
    Can also be used as roast (London broil) and on the grill.
