Barbeque Sauce For Spareribs(Yield: Serving For 4 People.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Baby Back Pork Ribs
    1 can beer
    1 small Onion, finely chopped
    1 stalk of Celery, finely chopped
    1 large Clove Garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 cup Ketchup
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Preparation
    1. Before starting the sauce, place the ribs in a pot with water and pour in one beer.
    Bring to a boil and then simmer for one hour.
    This will make the meat tender.
