Crab Salad(A Light, Elegant Luncheon Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen imitation crab meat
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, seeded and diced
    2 Tbsp. pimento, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (more or less, to taste)
    1/2 pkg. frozen green peas
    3 c. cooked pasta shells (more, if desired)
    1 c. mayonnaise (more, if needed to moisten salad)
    pinch of sugar
    pinch of salt (more, if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour.
    Tastes great the next day, too.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce.
