Skinny Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices day old bread
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. each: marjoram, paprika and dried parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    beef and turkey
    1/3 c. no cholesterol/fat-free liquid
    egg substitute
Preparation
    Place bread and onion in food processor and whirl.
    Add tomatoes, marjoram, paprika, parsley and pepper; whirl.
    Combine beef, turkey, egg substitute and bread mixture in bowl.
    Pack into six cup ring mold.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Unmold onto platter.
