Spinach And Artichoke Party Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) carton (2 c.) Land O Lakes light sour cream
1 (1 oz.) envelope Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch party mix
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos, rinsed, drained
1 large (1 1/2 lb.) round loaf bread, sour dough or any variety
1 large (1 1/2 lb.) round loaf bread, sour dough or any variety, cut into cubes for dipping
assorted vegetables for dipping (optional)
Preparation

Combine light sour cream and party dip mix in medium bowl. Stir in artichoke, spinach and pimientos.
Cut slice off top of round loaf of bread.
Hollow out center of bread leaving 1-inch shell.
Reserve bread pieces for dipping.
Spoon dip into bread shell.
Serve warm or cold.
To serve warm, bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cover loaf with foil if browning too quickly.
Makes 12 servings.
